What happens with viewings?
Viewing requests have to come through us, we'll qualify every potential viewer, if they're not a position to proceed immediately we won't arrange a viewing, it's that simple.
Where will my property be advertised?
The easier question is where won't it?! We're on over 150 property portals with 100% online search engine coverage, we have distinctive for For Sale boards and we're open 24 x 7, so interested parties can contact us whenever they like.
What about a HIP (Home Information pack)?
Home Information Pack duties were suspended from 21 May 2010. This means that homes marketed for sale on or after this date will no longer need one. However, Energy Performance Certificates are still required.

What happens once an offer is accepted?
